Rolling Anime Robot

December 22, 2022

The Miroki anime robot from Enchanted tools uses a rolling ball for movement and an animated projected screen face for friendlier human interaction. This robot features interactive head and real-time animated face expressions, opposable thumbs with 97% grasping success, and uses 'If This Then That' to allow programming without technical knowledge. IT offers 28 degrees of freedom, 2 RGBD cameras, 2 infrared cameras, 12 time-of-flight cameras, 6 ultrasound sensors, and four microphones. It stands just over 4 feet tall and weighs 66 pounds.
