The Flapper Nimble+ is a bioinpsired drone. Designed to cater to a variety of applications, from recreational photography to more serious uses such as surveying and inspection, the Flapper Nimble+ sets itself apart through its unique features and capabilities.

This drone is different than most others because it uses flapping wings for flight, like an insect. These soft flapping wings are safer and it allows the drone to bump into things and remain in stable flight. The Flapper Nimble+ is compatible with Lighthouse, UWB, and Optical Motion Capture positioning systems for computer controlled indoor missions. This insect-like drone is also compatible with software packages for performing swarm operations and drone shows.

The Flapper Nimble+ is customizable with 3D printable shells and RGB LEDs. The LiPo 2S 300 mAh battery provides a flight time of 8 minutes with minimum weight, or 5 minutes of hovering with its maximum recommended payload of 25 grams.
