The BOOKOO Themis Ultra Coffee Scale is designed for the steamy, spill-prone environment of espresso stations and pour-over setups. At first glance, the scale’s transparent body and minimalist interface set it apart. But beneath its sleek exterior lies a robust IP67 waterproof rating, meaning it can withstand full submersion without damage. This level of protection is rare in coffee scales. Its internal electronics are housed in a sealed chamber, and the load cell is coated with a corrosion-resistant layer to guard against moisture, steam, and coffee acids.

The Themis Ultra offers four brewing modes—Weight, Flow, Ratio, and Auto—each tailored to different techniques and preferences. The display can show up to three metrics simultaneously, allowing users to monitor weight, time, and flow rate in real time. With a capacity range from 0.003 ounces to 4.4 pounds (0.1 grams to 2000 grams) and 0.003-ounce (0.1-gram) readability, it captures even the smallest fluctuations with speed and stability.

The scale connects via Bluetooth to a companion app, unlocking smart features like brew logging, recipe sharing, and charging status. A 2000mAh lithium-polymer battery powers the unit for up to 72 hours of continuous use or roughly six months of daily brewing. When it’s time to recharge, a USB-C cable gets the job done in just a couple of hours, with indicators on both the scale and app to keep users informed.
