Vertical Laser Engraver

October 23, 2025

The VertiGo Vertical Laser Engraver by LensDigital introduces a revolutionary approach to laser engraving by flipping the traditional horizontal workflow on its head—literally. Engineered specifically for tumblers, bottles, dog bowls, and other cylindrical items, VertiGo combines vertical orientation with an integrated rotary system to eliminate the complexity and limitations of conventional setups.

The VertiGo features a vertical gantry design, which allows objects to be engraved while standing upright. This not only saves space but also solves a major pain point in rotary engraving: gravity. Traditional horizontal engravers often struggle with heavy or awkwardly shaped items that shift or misalign during rotation. VertiGo’s upright configuration stabilizes the object naturally, reducing setup time and improving precision.

The system features the Grip 2 rotary, a factory-aligned, built-in component that removes the need for external attachments, calibration, or step configuration. Users can simply load their item, autofocus, and begin engraving—no guesswork, no manual adjustments. VertiGo is powered by a 38W RF laser, which is air-cooled and requires no external chiller or compressor. This high-performance laser delivers crisp, detailed engravings across a wide range of materials including stainless steel, coated metals, glass, and plastics. The machine is fully compatible with LightBurn software, offering advanced control over speed, power, and design layout.

Designed with mobility in mind, VertiGo is compact and portable enough to take to trade shows, craft fairs, or pop-up events. Its wide glass door and internal lighting provide clear visibility during operation, turning live engraving into a visual spectacle that attracts customers and boosts sales.
