The Xlaserlab E3 is a 10W ultraviolet laser engraver that supports full-color surface marking, deep 3D carving, and AI-assisted design. Unlike traditional diode or CO₂ lasers, the E3 uses a .005mm laser spot size, enabling accuracy to engrave, etch, and mark virtually any material—including metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, leather, and even transparent or reflective surfaces—with micron-level precision.

The E3 features a 10-watt solid-state UV laser module, capable of delivering ultrafast pulses for engraving. This allows for full-color marking on stainless steel and titanium, relief carving on wood and acrylic, and deep 3D etching on stone or metal. The beam’s short wavelength minimizes thermal distortion, making it ideal for delicate materials like chocolate..

The E3 features a dual-focus optical system that automatically adjusts focal length for different engraving depths and materials. The system supports engraving areas up to 5.9 x 31.4 inches (150 × 800 mm) with optional accessories. One of the standout features is its AI-powered design engine, which assists users in converting images, text, and vector files into optimized engraving paths. The onboard software includes presets for over 100 materials and supports real-time preview, layer control, and multi-pass optimization. Users can import files via USB, WiFi, or SD card, and the system is compatible with LightBurn and other industry-standard platforms.
