Pro Grade 3D Scanner
February 9, 2026
The Creality Sermoon P1 is a professional-grade, all-in-one 3D scanner designed to offer a complete workflow from capture to data processing without the need for an external computer. The device is a high-performance tool for engineering, inspection, and digital archiving. It features a built-in 6-inch HD touchscreen and an onboard processor powered by Qualcomm, allowing users to handle complex scanning and post-processing tasks directly on the hardware.
Technically, the Sermoon P1 utilizes a hybrid light source system that combines 22+7+1 blue laser lines with dual NIR (Near-Infrared) VCSEL29 technology. This setup includes 22 cross-lines for fast geometry capture, 7 parallel lines for fine detail, and a single-line mode specifically for scanning deep holes and recesses. The scanner also features an NIR markerless mode, which is ideal for scanning large objects or the human body quickly and without the need for physical stickers.
The scanner offers a versatile scanning range, accurately capturing objects from as small as 5 mm³ up to 4000 mm³. It boasts a volumetric accuracy of 0.02mm plus 0.06mm/m, ensuring that models are dimensionally precise for demanding professional applications. Additionally, the device is equipped with an RGB camera and auxiliary lighting to capture full-color textures, making it suitable for creating realistic digital twins. It can also scan black or metallic surfaces without the need for anti-reflection sprays. It includes 24GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and supports Wi-Fi 7 for fast data transfers. The device is powered by two hot-swappable 3300mAh batteries, which allow for continuous operation by swapping power sources without shutting down.
