The Creality Sermoon S1 3D Scanner is a high-performance, multi-mode scanning system designed with an advanced laser array and intelligent software integration. The Sermoon S1 is equipped with a multi-light architecture featuring precision lasers, structured light, and cross-line blue lasers, supported by stereo vision. This combination allows the scanner to capture fine details across a wide range of surfaces and lighting conditions, from matte plastics to reflective metals.The system delivers volumetric accuracy down to 0.0008 inches (0.02 millimeters) and maintains consistent precision across objects up to 13 feet (4,000 millimeters) in size.

The Sermoon S1 captures up to 90 frames per second, processing over 1.4 million points per second. This high throughput enables fast, fluid scanning of complex geometries without sacrificing fidelity. The large field of view per frame also reduces the number of passes needed. The scanner’s software suite offers automatic mesh generation, point cloud editing, and seamless integration with CAD and CAM platforms. Users can export scans directly into design tools. Marker-free and spray-free scanning modes further simplify the process.

Designed with portability in mind, the Sermoon S1 supports wireless scanning via an optional module and includes a mobile app for screen mirroring and remote control. The ergonomic handle and lightweight build make it easy to maneuver during handheld sessions, while the system remains robust enough for tripod-mounted precision work.
