The Enabot EBO Max FamilyBot is an advanced, mobile robotic companion designed to provide home monitoring, pet interaction, and family connectivity through embodied artificial intelligence. Unlike previous models in the EBO series that primarily responded to direct commands, the EBO Max features multimodal AI that allows it to see, hear, and perceive its environment to make context-aware decisions. This enables the robot to recognize up to 20 different faces and one specific voice ID, learning family routines and preferences over time to offer more personalized interactions.

Equipped with 4K vision and an 8MP sensor, the EBO Max provides high-definition video streaming and supports two-way video and audio calls. Its 131-degree wide-angle camera allows for comprehensive monitoring, while a 4-microphone array with AI noise cancellation facilitates 360-degree sound localization. This technology enables the robot to automatically turn toward a sound source, which is particularly useful for pet tracking or responding to voice wake-up commands like EBO EBO from up to five meters away. For navigation, it utilizes V-SLAM technology to map the home, allowing for autonomous full-house patrols and the ability to return to its charging dock automatically.

The EBO Max robot is capable of fall detection and can send instant alerts to a paired smartphone if it perceives an emergency. Users can also set AI reminders to help manage daily tasks or check-ins. The device is designed to operate on diverse indoor surfaces, capable of climbing slopes up to 15 degrees and overcoming small obstacles like rugs up to 12mm high. Privacy is managed through local storage on a 32GB SD card, which is expandable to 256GB, and the use of TLS and AES encryption protocols for data transmission.
