Industrial Grade 16K 3D Printer

August 16, 2025

The HyperMaker is an industrial-grade 16K resin 3D printer engineered for intricate figurines, jewelry models, dental prototypes, and precision engineering parts. The HyperMaker pushes the boundaries of desktop fabrication with a stunning 15120×6230 resolution and pixel sizes as small as 14×19 microns. This level of detail allows for one-pass perfection, minimizing post-processing and capturing micro-features with razor-sharp clarity.

Unlike conventional resin printers, the HyperMaker features Zoned UV Light Control, which illuminates only the active print areas, reducing stray light and extending screen lifespan. Its Easy-Peel Release Technology improves print success rates by up to 10 percent, while the built-in Resin Mixing Scraper ensures consistent layer quality by stirring the resin after each pass. The printer supports a wide range of 405 nm resins and includes an auto-feeding system that eliminates the need for manual refills during long prints.

Smart features such as real-time camera monitoring, time-lapse photography, and pressure-sensitive screen protection make the HyperMaker both user-friendly and production-ready. The machine is built around a robust frame with precise current control and temperature regulation, allowing it to maintain optimal resin fluidity even in cold environments.
