The XFoil Escape Hydrofoil is an electric hydrofoilis engineered and assembled with aerospace-grade materials, intelligent safety systems, and modular design into a board that is versatile. At just 60 inches long, the Escape is compact enough to fit in most vehicles, making it easy to transport to lakes, bays, or coastal waters. The board itself is handcrafted from full carbon fiber and fused with aircraft-grade aluminum, resulting in a lightweight yet ultra-durable platform that can handle both beginner sessions and high-speed carving.

Powering the Escape is a brushless motor capable of delivering up to 6.7 horsepower of burst output. The Escape’s lithium battery in its Pro system configuration operates up to 1988Wh and can run for 96 min with a maximum distance of 26 miles. The battery compartment features a triple-redundancy waterproof seal and a self-closing latch, ensuring safety and reliability.

Control is handled via the Nano Controller, one of the smallest and lightest wireless eFoil remotes in the industry. It features a magnetic touch trigger, OLED display, and cruise control, all housed in an IP68-rated, floating, waterproof shell. Safety is a core focus of the Escape’s design. The motor automatically shuts down if the board tilts past a safety angle or detects a fall, preventing runaway scenarios.
