Dual Laser Cutter and Engraver

June 6, 2025

The ACCELaser HD1 is a laser engraving and cutting system that redefines precision and efficiency with its dual-laser technology and Flying 3D Galvo system. The HD1 Ultra features a powerful 80W diode laser and a 60W MOPA fiber laser, allowing users to engrave and cut materials with exceptional detail. The diode laser excels at processing wood, leather, and acrylic, while the fiber laser is optimized for metals such as stainless steel, brass, and aluminum. This combination allows users to work on nearly any material without needing multiple machines.

Traditional laser engravers rely on mechanical gantry systems, which can limit speed and precision. The HD1 overcomes these limitations with its Flying 3D Galvo system, which uses high-speed mirrors to direct the laser beam dynamically. This results in engraving speeds of up to 157 inches per second (4000 mm/s), significantly reducing production time while maintaining sharp, high-resolution details.

The HD1 offers a 24 x 12-inch (610 x 305 mm) engraving area, which can be expanded to 24 x 118 inches (610 x 3000 mm) with an automatic conveyor feeder. With LiDAR ranging, the HD1 automatically adjusts the laser focus for different material thicknesses, ensuring consistent engraving depth and clarity. The hybrid synchronized motion system combines traditional XYZ movement with ultra-fast galvo reflection, eliminating the trade-offs between speed and stability.

Other features include: 3D engraving capabilities for curved surfaces and complex textures, Auto-dock airflow nozzle for clean cuts without burns or tapering, Rotary attachment compatibility for engraving cylindrical objects, Class 1 safety certification for secure operation in professional environments.
