The Herolaser E700 is a desktop-sized 3-in-1 laser workstation that combines cutting, welding, and cleaning capabilities into a single, compact unit. Designed for makers, metal artists, and small-scale manufacturers, the E700 delivers industrial-grade performance in a form factor that fits comfortably in a home workshop or studio.

The E700 is equipped with a 700-watt air-cooled fiber laser, developed in-house by Herolaser. This high-efficiency laser module is paired with a proprietary cutting head and a multi-functional motion system, enabling precise and clean processing of metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and brass. The system supports cutting thicknesses up to 2 mm for steel, 1.5 mm for aluminum, and 1 mm for copper, with smooth, burr-free edges and minimal thermal distortion.

The E700 features a work area of 15.7 x 11.8 x 1.6 inches (400 x 300 x 40 mm), offering ample space for metal signage, jewelry, custom panels, and small mechanical parts. Despite its compact footprint, the machine is equipped with an industrial-grade height adjustment system and a precision beam focus mechanism, ensuring consistent results across a wide range of materials and thicknesses. The system’s modular design allows users to switch between cutting, welding, and cleaning modes with minimal setup time. The laser cleaning function is particularly useful for removing rust, paint, or oxidation from metal surfaces, while the welding mode enables precise joins on thin-gauge materials without the need for filler wire or shielding gas.
