Designed to recycle failed prints, leftover supports, and raw thermoplastic pellets into fresh filament, Loop transforms the 3D printing workflow into a circular ecosystem—right from the desktop.

Unlike traditional filament extruders that require separate shredders and manual calibration, Loop is an all-in-one system that simplifies the process into three intuitive steps: blend, extrude, and spool. Users begin by placing discarded PLA, ABS, or PETG parts into the machine’s 40-ounce blending jar, where high-torque stainless steel blades shred the material into extrusion-ready granules. A built-in charcoal filter minimizes fumes, and the insulated sound shield keeps noise levels below 65 decibels.

Once shredded, the material is heated and extruded through a precision nozzle, with real-time diameter monitoring ensuring consistent filament quality. Loop supports both 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filament sizes, with a tolerance of ±0.07 mm and accuracy down to 10 microns. The automatic spooling system winds the filament onto a standard 1kg reel, ready for use in any compatible 3D printer.

The device is plug-and-play, requiring no technical expertise to operate. Its aluminum body and modular components are built for durability, while open-source software and customizable accessories invite users to tweak and expand its capabilities. Launching in early 2026, Loop represents a new chapter in desktop fabrication—one where waste becomes resource, and every failed print is a chance to start fresh.
