Color Combo 3D Printer
September 20, 2025
The Creality K2 Pro Combo 3D Printer is a desktop additive manufacturing tool designed to deliver high-speed, multicolor, and multi-material printing in a single, streamlined package. It has a build volume of 300 × 300 × 300 millimeters and a suite of intelligent features. The K2 Pro Combo features Creality’s advanced motion system, powered by three FOC step-servo motors. In short, FOC (Field-Oriented Control) step-servo motors offer the best of both worlds: the reliability and precision of steppers, with the intelligence and smoothness of servo systems. These motors—strategically placed on the extruder and X/Y axes—ensure consistent extrusion and ultra-smooth movement, even at speeds up to 600 millimeters per second. The result is faster prints without sacrificing surface quality or dimensional accuracy.
The K2 Pro Combo features up to 16 color multicolor capability. With support for up to four Creality Filament System (CFS) units, users can print in up to 16 colors per job. Each CFS module offers auto filament identification, relay printing, moisture-proof storage, and real-time temperature and humidity monitoring. Combined with Creality OS and Creality Print software, the system enables seamless multicolor slicing and smart filament management.
The printer’s active chamber heating system allows users to work with high-performance filaments like ABS, ASA, and PPA-CF. By maintaining a stable internal temperature, the K2 Pro Combo reduces warping and layer separation. Dual AI cameras monitor the flow rate, detect print failures in real time, allow for remote monitoring and time-lapse recording. Together, they provide a smart safety net and a visual archive of your printing process.
Smart auto-leveling is built into the system, but with a twist: it targets only the necessary print area, reducing calibration time and improving first-layer consistency. The rigid exoskeleton—constructed from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy—ensures mechanical stability and vibration resistance, even during high-speed operation.
