AI Pen

The Flowtica Scribe AI Pen is a minimalist yet powerful tool that blends traditional writing with intelligent voice capture, offering a seamless way to record, organize, and act on spoken thoughts. The Scribe transforms everyday note-taking into a structured, AI-enhanced experience.

At first glance, the Scribe appears to be a sleek matte black pen with a metal body and a fine-point ink cartridge. It writes like any premium pen and includes five refills in the box. But beneath its understated exterior lies a sophisticated recording system. A discreet FlowMark button on the pen’s face allows users to highlight key moments during a conversation or meeting. With a single press, the pen begins recording, capturing audio with noise-canceling microphones and storing up to 30 hours of content on a single charge.

Once a session ends, the pen automatically syncs with the Flowtica app via Bluetooth, transferring recordings without manual uploads or file management. The app, available for Android and iOS, uses server-side AI models to interpret the audio. Rather than simply transcribing, the system builds a semantic map of the conversation, identifying action items, decisions, follow-ups, and deadlines. This turns raw audio into structured, actionable notes that reflect the speaker’s intent.

The app also supports voice-to-note functionality. Users can speak naturally, and the AI will format their thoughts into memos, calendar events, or to-do lists. Flowtica’s design philosophy emphasizes quiet intelligence. It doesn’t try to automate your life or overwhelm you with features—it simply listens, understands, and organizes what matters. The pen’s recordings are encrypted for privacy, and the device reconnects automatically when in range, ensuring that no insights are lost.
