AI Floor Cleaning Robot
June 9, 2025
The PUDU CC1 Pro is an advanced AI-driven cleaning robot designed for large-scale commercial environments, offering fully autonomous operation with intelligent perception and adaptive cleaning strategies. Building on the success of its predecessor, the CC1 Pro integrates cutting-edge artificial intelligence to optimize efficiency, improve cleaning consistency, and enhance facility management.
The CC1 Pro features a four-in-one cleaning solution, combining sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and dust-mopping into a single automated process. Equipped with AI-driven perception, the robot can detect liquid stains, recognize floor cleanliness, and adjust its cleaning intensity based on surface type.
A rear-facing AI camera continuously monitors floor conditions, identifying missed spots and triggering automatic re-cleaning. The system generates heat maps that visualize cleaning effectiveness, allowing facility managers to pinpoint stubborn stains and optimize cleaning strategies. The AI-powered spot scrubbing function autonomously detects wet or dirty areas, performing targeted cleaning.
The CC1 Pro intelligently adjusts its cleaning power based on dirt levels and floor type. Deep scrubbing activates in heavily soiled zones, while extended runtime mode operates in cleaner areas to conserve resources. The robot distinguishes between floor materials, applying vacuuming for carpets and sweeping for hard surfaces to ensure optimal results.
Using high-precision image recognition, the CC1 Pro autonomously monitors the condition of its cleaning components, detecting issues such as brush contamination or squeegee misalignment. The system initiates re-cleaning or alerts staff when maintenance is required, preventing secondary pollution and ensuring consistent cleaning performance. Powered by PUDU VSLAM+, which combines Visual SLAM and LiDAR SLAM, the CC1 Pro navigates complex environments without ceiling markers. It adapts in real time to layout changes and avoids obstacles. The robot provides real-time heat maps and operational dashboards, offering insights into debris distribution, persistent stain locations, and task completion rates.
